Natasha danced competitively from a very early age with the Association Of Dance & Freestyle Professionals. Everything from Ballroom & Latin American to Street Jazz. Gym and exercise has always been an integral part of her life and being a personal trainer & running her own company now gives her total career satisfaction. Natasha provides a holistic & empathic approach to health management whilst an exercise regime is imperative. Natasha will support you fully throughout your training in order to achieve sustainable results.
